BUSINESS INNOVATION AND TALENT EXPRESSION (BITE) 1.0

The Business Innovation and Talent Expression (BITE 1.0) is a creation of the Entrepreneurship & Skills Development Centre, University of Lagos, and proudly sponsored by the Oladele Fajemirokun Foundation. The programme is designed to support the development of student entrepreneurs in the University of Lagos, towards the ultimate aim of addressing the problem of youth unemployment and associated vices in Nigeria, and perhaps Africa, whilst sparking up an economic revolution through entrepreneurship.

BITE involves a series of pitch sessions among over 300 eligible businesses. At the Second-Level Pitching Competition, 50 business ideas pitched before the eminent Jury while 10 will qualify for the Grand Finale, to produce 3 eventual winners. Some opportunities include:

  • • Free registration and incorporation for 200 innovative business ideas.
  • • Over N4 million (four million naira) worth of seed funding.
  • • Free membership and support for successful start ups.
  • • Free admission into the BOI-UNILAG
